Do you have a physical store?

No, not yet! The Conscious Curator is 100% online.

When will I receive my order?

We are so excited for you to receive your order and will try and get it out to you as soon as we possibly can. Generally, all orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. However, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic this may change. We will of course keep you updated should there be any delays.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information so you will be up to date on when you should expect to receive your package.
If you have any issues or further questions on the shipping process, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

My item is faulty and/or damaged, can I make a return?

Whilst every precaution is made to ensure that all products arrive to you without fault, we understand that sometime items can arrive faulty and/or broken.
If this has happened, please contact us as soon as you notice the fault and within three (3) days of receiving your order. We will then forward you our electronic return form for completion.
Please note: our shipping bags are reusable and contain an additional adhesive strip for returns. Please hold on to the bag if you are looking to make a return.

Can I get a refund?

In the event your item is faulty and/or damaged we will provide you with a refund using the payment details you provided when purchasing your products. Please contact us as soon as you receive your item and within three (3) business days to request a refund.
 
Unfortunately, due to the size of our business, we will not be providing refunds due to change of mind. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

I think my product will suit your store, will you accept additional brands?

We are always on the hunt for new products which align with our core values. If you have a product that you think will suit our store, please get in touch via the contact us page and we will get back to you shortly.
